How do I order shoes from your company?
Ordering shoes from Moxanthellium is easy and straightforward. All you need to do is visit the online store of our company on our website, browse through our collection, select the pair you like and place an order with us. We will make sure that your ordered pair is delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.
Can I place an order from outside Hong Kong?
Placing an order from outside Hong Kong is not possible. We currently don’t accept any international orders, or orders from any other region, apart from Hong Kong. We request you to not place an order request, if you’re not in Hong Kong, as it won’t be accepted.
How long does to take for an order to get delivered?
Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in Hong Kong. This includes an internal processing and shipping time of 24 hours, during which, each item is thoroughly checked and then processed for dispatch. All deliveries made to any location is completely free of cost, as per our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel my order anytime?
Order cancellations are available only until the product has not been shipped. We take 24 hours to ship a product, as mentioned in the earlier question. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation is allowed at all as per our Term and Conditions. Make sure to place an order, only if you’re completely confident about it.
What happens if a defective or wrong item is sent?
If a defective or wrong item is sent to you by any chance, you get 30-days to return it to us. We have a 30-day Return Policy. Make sure that the item is in the original state as it was delivered. You don’t have to pay for any return fee at all, as our company arranges everything for you.
